Substitute Fear with Courage
Sometimes fear creeps in and gets the best of me, blinds my vision, and darkness is all I see. When everything I fear spins around in my head, it’s like I’m moving, but leaves me paralyzed instead. Entrapped inside my mind, my soul screaming to get out, it’s these times fear has me stranded, filled with doubt. Playing worst case scenarios on repeat, all my fears come forth, tempting me to...

In the sixth grade my friend checked out a book from the school library, intent on getting into reading.  Of course, she gave up after a few pages and lent me the book, since I’ve always been the bookworm. Well, I loved the book. I don’t remember what it was called, who wrote it, and barely remember the plot. But I loved it. I need to find it again.

With every step, I’m becoming more aware, but...
